On May 16, the signing ceremony of strategic agreement between Far East Horizon Limited and Bank of Jiangsu Co., Ltd. was held at the Far East Horizon Plaza in Shanghai. The ceremony was attended and witnessed by Wang Mingzhe (Executive Director and CFO of Fehorizon), Zhao Haishan (General Manager of Strategic Account Department of the head office of Bank of Jiangsu), and Shen Xiaochi (secretary of the Party committee and President of the Shanghai Branch). The agreement was signed by Sun Sheng (Senior Director of the Capital Center of Fehorizon) and Zhang Chunsheng (member of the Party committee and Vice President of the Shanghai Branch of Bank of Jiangsu) on behalf of the two parties.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Wang Mingzhe thanked Bank of Jiangsu for supporting Fehorizon throughout the course of its development. He said that, taking “integrating global resources and promoting industry development” as its mission and serving real economy as the focus, Fehorizon is one of the first companies to conduct financial business from an industrial perspective. With business layout based on industrial specialization, the Company provides systematic services to enterprise clients through a business network of nationwide coverage, and offers inclusive and efficient financial support to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. At the new stage of the Company’s globalization development, under the “finance + industry” development strategy, Fehorizon hopes to take advantage of this strategic agreement signing to reinforce the foundation of cooperation in traditional financial areas, meanwhile exploring cooperation in multiple fields including industry business, green finance, supply chain finance and cross-border business, so as to realize win-win cooperation.
