01 Far East Horizon’s Inclusive Finance Business Served Over 10000 Clients Cumulatively in Three Years 

October 18, 2022 was the third anniversary of the formal establishment of Far East Horizon’s inclusive finance business. As a professional platform dedicated to serving micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, Far East Horizon Inclusive Financial Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. makes continues breakthroughs and maintains steady progress. Up to now, the Company has cumulatively invested more than 20 billion yuan into micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, served over 10000 clients, and won titles including “Leading Enterprise in Inclusive Finance” and “Leading Enterprise in Serving Real Economy.” Time never stops, and Far East Horizon has kept advancing to pursue its dream. 02 Cooperation with Lichuan Raised Horizon Healthcare’s Holding Hospital Scale to a New Level

Recently, Far East Horizon has further enriched its industrial layout of non-public hospitals. With Lichuan Hexie Hospital as a new member of the Company, Horizon Healthcare has raised the scale of its holding hospitals to a new level and kept expanding its medical service network. Lichuan Hexie Hospital is located at Lichuan City, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hubei Province, and has officially begun operation since May 2016. With a floor area of 54000 square meters, it is a modern secondary general hospital integrating medical services, teaching, scientific research, disease prevention, health care, emergency treatment, rehabilitation and old-age care, with over 600 beds available.  

Over the years, Horizon Healthcare has persisted in differential layout, actively practiced the “Healthy China” strategy, spared no effort to promote the “100 counties plan,” and expanded its business layout to cover 30 counties and cities in 13 provinces. The inclusion of Lichuan Hexie Hospital into its layout will bring new hope of quality medical services to local patients, so that more people can benefit from “good medical services” provided by Horizon Healthcare.

03 Delegation of Nanyang Investment Group Visited Far East Horizon

On October 13, Board Chairman Liu Jiuli of Nanyang Investment Group and his party visited Far East Horizon Plaza, and talked with Assistant President Zhan Jing of Far East Horizon, General Manager Wei Xinfang of Public Utilities Department I, etc. At the meeting, both parties had in-depth communication and exchanges on the development history of Far East Horizon as well as its public utilities business, financial products and services, industry operation services and so on, which has laid a solid foundation for long-term and win-win cooperation.

04 Horizon Education Promoting the Development of Hong Wen School with Integrated Operations and Resources

Recently, a team led by Xu Huibin, Assistant President of Far East Horizon and General Manager of Horizon Education, went to the UK to inspect The National Mathematics and Science College owned by the Company and promote its coordinated development with its Hong Wen School in China. In addition, the delegation visited six world-renowned universities including Oxford University, Cambridge University, University of Warwick, University of East Anglia, Coventry University and Oxford Brookes University for exchanges and discussion on cooperation with the Hong Wen School, and paid a visit to the Chinese Embassy in the UK and the VWV Law Firm to learn about supporting policies and investment opportunities in the British education market.

At present, Far East Horizon has entered the new development stage of “globalization of resources and globalization of operation.” The trip of Far East Horizon’s delegation to the UK is a natural move in the context of China’s education market transformation to fully exploit the advantages of the Company’s integrated operations at home and abroad and realize another upgrade of the Company’s school-running mode.

05 Horizon Construction Development Accelerated the Kickoff of the National “Eastern Data, Western Computing” Plan

At the beginning of this year, a notice jointly issued by five departments including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Cyberspace Administration of China and the Ministry of Industry and Information approved the construction of eight national computing hubs in 8 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and approved plans on 10 national data center clusters, indicating the initiation of the “Eastern Data, Western Computing” plan on a broad scale. At present, Horizon Construction Development has become fully involved in the “Eastern Data, Western Computing” plan around the country. Due to its many years of industry experience and tremendous ability to coordinate and integrate multiple business lines, Horizon Construction Development has directly participated in more than 35 relevant engineering projects, accounting for over 60% of all “Eastern Data, Western Computing” projects. Once again, its comprehensive strength is fully recognized by the industry.

Fengling Park of Ziyang City Won “The Most Beautiful Park” Title

Recently, the Fengling Park reconstruction project of Ziyang City, Sichuan Province invested and constructed by Shanghai Horizon Construction Investment Co., Ltd. won the honorary title “The Most Beautiful Park” in the “Four Great Beauties” selection sponsored by the Publicity Department of the CPC Ziyang Municipal Committee and the Command Center for National Forest City Construction of Ziyang and undertaken by the News & Media Center of Ziyang. Before this, it has won the “2018-2019 Tianfu Cup Gold Award for Quality Construction Engineering of Sichuan Province” and the “2021-2022 National Quality Engineering Award.” The Fengling Park reconstruction project of Ziyang City, Sichuan Province has been praised by all sectors of the society and created good social benefits for the economic development of Ziyang City.
