When we first arrived in Wuhan, the sky was gray and the whole city was quiet,On the first day of our work, the ICU ward was immediately filled with people. At that time, an elder sister was in such a serious condition that she couldn't speak with difficulty in breathing, and even turned over and her oxygenation index went straight down. But when I saw her again the next day, her spirit improved unexpectedly. She told me that she really planned to give up at the beginning, but when she knew that we had come all the way from Qinghai to treat them, she felt that so many people were contributing, and she could not live up to us, let alone be weak, and never give up the hope of "living" and the confidence to overcome the virus.

In the intensive care unit, "hope" is an indispensable medicine. The unknown and fear of disease often makes severe patients in COVID-19 suffer from respiratory pain and mental suffering. We not only give them relief every day, but also encourage the patients who are about to be transferred out of the intensive care unit to cheer up the patients who are seriously ill. Watching and helping one's life in the face of illness will never be forgotten.

Wearing thick protective clothing every day, patients can't see our faces, but if we work two or three day shifts in succession, they will recognize through small goggles: "Huh? Why are you working again today, don't you take a rest? ". At this time, I feel that all the tiredness, depression, fear and tension seem to have disappeared. Some patients will burst into tears when talking, and I often hold back my tears for fear that obscuring goggles will affect my work.

Everyone doesn't seem to have enough time every day,I don't know what day tomorrow is, and I don't know what day it is,I only know what class I will take tomorrow. But the rooms we live in are all next to each other, and we can hear the sound of opening and closing doors, which is a kind of comfort and tacit understanding to fight side by side.

My child went to junior high school this year. Before she left, she told me all night. Although she said some things, she could see that she was very worried.
