Accompanied by Senior Vice President Cao, Vice Mayor Zhao visited the Far East Horizon’s Exhibition Hall to learn about the development process, corporate culture and "finance + industry" development mode. During the talks, Vice Mayor Zhao gave a detailed introduction to the Yibin City. "I live at the head of the Yangtze River and you live at the end of the Yangtze River", as the first city at the Yangtze River, it is also the hometown of Wuliangye and flowing bamboo in southern Sichuan. In 2019, Yibin's GDP reached 260.1 billion yuan, up 8.8%, with the total amount rising to the third and the growth rate ranking first in the province. Yibin City has formed a two-wheel driving pattern with food and wine as the main industries and intelligent terminals, rail transit, new materials, automobile and other emerging industries as the auxiliary. Vice Mayor Zhao said that the Far East's "finance + industry" dual-driving strategy is highly consistent with Yibin's pattern, hoped to jointly promote the upgrading of the city based on the resource advantages of both sides and in combination with the national strategic direction. At the same time, Vice Mayor Zhao also looked forward to deepening close cooperation with the Far East, jointly building a financial cooperation platform to expand the size of cooperation.

Hua Shurui, Deputy Secretary-General of Yibin Municipal Government and Chairman of Yibin SASAC, also introduced the Yibin State-owned assets. Yibin SASAC is the only 3A rating enterprise in the central and western prefecture-level cities, with an asset of 296.1 billion yuan, an income of 57.1 billion yuan and a net profit of 11.1 billion yuan in the first half of 2020, it has jurisdiction over a number of listed companies and bond issuers, such as Wuliangye, Tianyuan Chemical, Yibin Gangrong and Yibin Urban Construction, subsidiaries of some of which have cooperated with Far East. President Cao welcomed Vice Mayor Zhao and his traveling party, and said the Far East has invested Yibin City with an accumulative 3.2 billion yuan, hoping to continue to expand cooperation areas and strengthen close cooperation.
