On February 25, Kong Fanxing, vice chairman of the board of directors, executive director and chief executive of  Far East met with Lian Maojun, member of the Standing Committee of Tianjin municipal Party committee and Secretary of Binhai New Area District Party committee, and his party at Far East Horizon Plaza. After the talks, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Far East Construction Development Limited Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Horizon Construction Development Limited") and Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Dongjiang Management Committee") was held, marking a new stage of cooperation between the two sides.

 During the talks, Kong Fanxing extended a warm welcome to Secretary Lian Maojun and his party, and reviewed the process of Far East's layout and development process in Tianjin. In 2013, Far East Horizon established the group's second financial enterprise "Far East Tianjin leasing". As the Far East North business operation center, it carries the company's business in Northeast, northwest and North China. Since then, many financial and industrial businesses of the group have taken root in Tianjin, and more than 250 enterprises have been established successively, including construction operating leasing company, medical investment holding company, asset management company, private equity investment fund, factoring company and inclusive leasing company, with a total registered capital of nearly 25 billion yuan.

Secretary Lian Maojun thanks Kong for his warm reception and expresses his admiration for far east Hongxin's adherence to the strategy of "Finance plus industry" and its original intention of serving the real economy. As of December 2020, the total accumulated tax of Far East Horizon in Tianjin has exceeded 8 billion yuan, becoming an important local tax paying enterprise. Secretary Lian said that it has made a great contribution to the development of Binhai New Area. He hoped that in the future, both sides would deepen exchanges, move forward side by side, and earnestly promote cooperation in various fields to blossom and bear fruit.

 Kong expressed his heartfelt thanks to Tianjin municipal government for its concern and support to Far East Horizon and its subordinate enterprises. In 2020, Yuandong Hongxin signed a new ten-year strategic cooperation agreement with Tianjin Dongjiang. Kong said that in the future, the company will continue to increase its business layout in Tianjin, relying on Far East Horizon's financial capital and industrial resources to help Dongjiang build into a national leasing innovation demonstration area and a high-level financial innovation operation demonstration area, and make contributions to the development pattern of "Jincheng" and "Bincheng" in Tianjin during the 14th Five Year Plan period.

Under the common witness of the leaders of both sides, Far East Horizon signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dongjiang Management Committee. In the future, it will launch new business segments such as network freight and engineering services in eastern Xinjiang. With the active assistance of Binhai New Area and eastern Xinjiang Management Committee, it is expected to become the first listed enterprise incubated in eastern Xinjiang.
