On June 7, the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Fehorizon (03360.HK) was successfully convened in Hong Kong. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Kong Fanxing—Chairman, Executive Director and CEO of Fehorizon, and attended by the Company’s Executive Director and CFO Mr. Wang Mingzhe and Executive Director, Senior Vice President Mr. Cao Jian. At the meeting, the shareholders voted on resolutions one by one, and all resolutions were passed.
