Recently, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Far East Horizon Limited (Fehorizon) and Jining Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (Jining Urban Investment) was held at the Hong Kong headquarters of Fehorizon. The ceremony was witnessed by Lin Hongyu (Secretary of the municipal Party committee of Jining, Shandong Province), Zhang Dong (Deputy Mayor of Jining), Zhan Jing (Assistant President of Fehorizon), Zhang Quanquan (General Manager of Investor Relations Department and Head of Administrative Affairs of the Hong Kong office). The agreement was signed by Wei Xinfang (General Manager of Public Utilities Department I of Fehorizon) and Liu Chao (Vice Secretary of the Party committee and General Manager of Jining Urban Investment) on behalf of the two parties.

After the agreement signing, Fehorizon will give full play to the exceptional global capital advantage of Hong Kong, assist Jining Urban Investment in expanding overseas financial channels through various modes, focus on strengthening exchanges in business directions including urban utilities, healthcare and overseas bonds, and step up cooperation in fields such as healthcare for the elderly and equity investment.

The party of Secretary Lin Hongyu was warmly received by Mr. Zhan Jing, who expressed that the two parties have a good cooperation foundation, as Fehorizon’s financial leasing business has invested nearly 7 billion yuan cumulatively in Jining over the years. This strategic cooperation marks another upgrade of Fehorizon’s strenuous cultivation of Jining. Taking this as an opportunity, the Company will provide local enterprises with more extensive, diversified and comprehensive services.

General Manager of Public Utilities Department I Wei Xinfang gave a detailed introduction to Fehorizon’s layout in business sectors including financial services, equipment operation, educations services, overseas business, online supply chain and infrastructure investment & construction.

Secretary Lin Hongyu first expressed thanks for the support and help offered by Fehorizon to Jining on behalf of the municipal Party committee and government of Jining. Secretary Lin introduced the economic and social development situation of Jining comprehensively, and pointed out that Jining is at the best time for accelerating its transformation and striving forward. It is hoped that Fehorizon can continue to utilize its “finance + industry” advantages and gather quality resources worldwide to contribute to the upgrade and development of enterprises in Jining. The municipal Party committee and government of Jining will offer the best business environment in an all-round way, establish a higher-level and multi-dimensional platform of interaction and exchanges, and together seek long-term development.

During the meeting, General Manager Liu Chao of Jining Urban Investment expressed that Fehorizon has established a good partnership with many enterprises and public institutions including Jining Urban Investment over the past year, and hoped that through the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties can continue to deepen their cooperation mode, keep empowering key municipal projects, and explore cooperation opportunities in directions including urban utilities, healthcare, transportation & logistics, and foreign investment, so as to infuse the development of Jining with more vitality and boost the high-quality development of Jining.
