On July 12, Fehorizon’s 2023 mid-year working conference of key positions was convened at Far East Horizon Plaza in Shanghai. Recently, the Fortune 500 China 2023 List was released. With 36.6 billion yuan of operating revenue, Fehorizon (03360.HK) has jumped to No. 346 from No. 367 last year. Thus, it has been listed for 8 consecutive years.

3 Tianjin’s Municipal Party Secretary Chen Min’er Visited Fehorizon

Recently, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the municipal Party committee of Tianjin Mr. Chen Min’er inspected the Binhai New Area of Tianjin, and heard reports on the development situation of industries including financial leasing in Dongjiang Dongjiang Bonded Port Area. Cooperation and Exchange between Fehorizon and SASAC of Yantai and Guofeng Group

On July 24, Mr. Wang Hao (Secretary of the Party committee and Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Yantai), Mr. Rong Feng (Secretary of the Party committee and Board Chairman of Guofeng Group), etc. visited the Far East Horizon Plaza in Shanghai, and talked with VP of Fehorizon Mr. Zhang Ye. This June, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between Fehorizon and Guofeng Group in Hong Kong, planning to carry out diversified and in-depth cooperation in areas of finance and industry.

On July 12, the first cooperation project between FE Fund under Fehorizon and Guofeng Group was implemented. Both parties signed a cooperation agreement to jointly advance a biomedicine fund totaling 500 million yuan. With the rich industry experience and resources of Fehorizon, FE Fund will devote itself to promoting the prosperous development of Yantai’s bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry and further increasing its competitiveness through a precise integration of investment strategies and global resources, so as to boost innovative industry development together with various parties.

5 Successful Issuance of Fehorizon’s First ABS for High-quality Development of Small and Micro Businesses

Recently, International Far Eastern Leasing Co., Ltd. and Far East Horizon (Tianjin) Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. successfully issued the “Inclusive Series—2023 Far East Phase I Asset-backed Special Plan for High-quality Development of Small and Micro Businesses” in Shanghai Stock Exchange with a planned issuing scale of 1.529 billion yuan. All lessees entering the asset pool are small and micro businesses, mainly of the manufacturing industry. For a long time, Fehorizon has been actively injecting financial “fresh water” into entity enterprises, and this special plan is aimed at guiding social funds to contribute to the development of small and micro enterprises.

6 Fehorizon Infrastructure’s 2 Projects Made Significant Headway

Signing of Agreement on the EOD Project for the Comprehensive Treatment of Chenghu area of Wuzhong District, Suzhou

Recently, Shanghai Horizon Construction Investment Co., Ltd. completed the signing for the EOD project for the comprehensive treatment of the Chenghu area of Wuzhong District, Suzhou with a total investment of 4.328 billion yuan. Situated in the Chenghu area of Suzhou, this project is the fifth infrastructure project invested by Fehorizon Infrastructure in Jiangsu Province and also its first EOD project. The implementation of this project is not only conducive to the overall improvement of the ecological environment of Wusong River and Chenghu area, but also convenient for Wuzhong district to benefit from the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy and promote industrial transformation and upgrade.

Jijie Bridge of Yudu County, Jiangxi Opened to Traffic

The Yudu County Jijie Bridge jointly invested and constructed by Shanghai Horizon Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and China Railway 24th Bureau Group Corporation Limited was recently opened to traffic, which adds another landmark to Yudu—the starting point of the Central Red Army’s Long March.
