Recently, Shanghai Hongzuo New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Hongzuo New Energy”), member enterprise of FEHORIZON ASSET MANAGEMENT (FEHORIZON’s asset investment platform), received investment from HongShan Capital Group New Infrastructure Fund. An official agreement was signed between both parties and strategic cooperation was reached, to suit the trend of green energy transformation and together open a new chapter of cooperation on industrial and commercial distributed clean energy.

This equity cooperation is an important layout of HongShan Capital Group New Infrastructure Fund in the field of distributed new energy. FEHORIZON and HongShan Capital Group (HSG) will collaborate on continuous empowerment, to further enhance the new energy business of large-scale investment, operation and asset management capabilities in the field of industrial and commercial distributed clean energy.

The new energy business segment of FEHORIZON is dedicated to professional investment and operation management of distributed clean energy, with a large clientele and rich investment management experience achieved through 7 years of operation. With its professional management ability, Hongzuo New Energy will continue to develop clean energy projects mainly based on industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic power and energy storage, and commit itself to providing green and intelligent integrated energy solutions for industrial and commercial enterprises, to meet the “3060 carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals” and contribute to energy transformation and upgrade. 

 Specializing in investment in science and technology, healthcare, consumption and infrastructure, HSG has invested in more than 1500 enterprises cumulatively, with over RMB 380 billion yuan of funds under its management. HongShan Capital Group New Infrastructure Fund is dedicated to investment in new infrastructure, including new infrastructure development/operator platforms and new infrastructure assets.
