On January 15, Fehorizon’s 2024 year-end working conference of key positions was convened in Shanghai. Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and CEO of Fehorizon Mr. Kong Fanxing attended the conference and made a summary speech. Executive Director and CFO Mr. Wang Mingzhe of Fehorizon presented the Budget Implementation and Performance Analysis Report, and Vice President of Fehorizon and General Manager of Strategy Center Mr. Xu Huibin delivered the Environmental Analysis and Strategic Upgrade Report. The conference was also attended by over 200 managerial personal including company leaders and employees of various business and functional directions on site or through video.


Continuing the theme of mid-year conference convened earlier, this conference still has a “new” core. With focus on “New Era, New FEHORIZON,” it demonstrates how the Company makes a correct assessment of the situation and seeks changes through exploration as it has always been doing over the past year, facing up to the opportunities and challenges of the new era and striving to create a new Fehorizon persistently.


 

New Business Mode Demonstrates Great Vitality; Financial Development Holds a Promising Future


In the financial report, Executive Director and CFO of Fehorizon Mr. Wang Mingzhe pointed out that throughout the year, the traditional business sector practiced the Company’s strategy unswervingly and “held the field” eventually. In the independent sector, multi-level development of inclusive finance customer groups was achieved while the basic operation philosophy still remains effective; Fehorizon AMC reshaped its business strategy, and preliminary results were achieved in asset investment; CDHORIZON’s overall strategy adapted to environmental changes, with product input and service capability remaining in the lead; HCHORIZON’s cost reduction and efficiency enhancement proved remarkably effective. Meanwhile, the Company’s whole-new business mode has demonstrated advantages of great vitality. All of these are only the first step of the evolution of the Company’s financial gene; its financial development holds a promising future. 



Targeting the requirements for 2025, the report pointed out that in all directions, we must race against the time and go all out in the new year. Relevant directions of the “9500 ecology” must make concerted efforts towards a common goal; in the city direction, upgrade and update must be realized, with the overall task being adjusted constantly; the independent sector should accelerate its own iteration; the functional department of the headquarters must completely change its operating condition, transform itself towards a service-oriented one, and construct a functional B2C service assurance system.

 

Fehorizon Officially Enters 3.0 Era—Comprehensively Reshaping and Constructing a New Ecosystem


In the strategic report, Vice President of Fehorizon and General Manager of Strategy Center Mr. Xu Huibin systematically reviewed the history of the Company’s development in pace with the environment. Fehorizon has successively gone through the 1.0 Era of insolvency when the Company was on the verge of bankruptcy during the initial period of founding and the 2.0 Era of high-speed development and self-establishment since its relocation to Shanghai. In 2024, the Company once again broke away from convention and blazed a trail that leads to the 3.0 Era!



The 3.0 Era of Fehorizon is a new era for its people to say farewells to the past and start a new revolution—a new era of self-denial and systematic remodeling while striving to construct a brand-new business ecosystem.

At the end of the conference, concluding remarks were given by Mr. Kong Fanxing, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and CEO of Fehorizon.
