Recently, the 2025 CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) corporate environmental disclosure ratings were officially announced. FEHORIZON received a B-level rating in all three core questionnaires—climate change, forests, and water security—maintaining a leading position among domestic financial and capital market service enterprises. This rating result fully reflects the continuous improvement in the quality of the company's environmental disclosures, climate governance, and risk management system, demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of an industry leader.

The CDP rating is a globally recognized evaluation system for corporate environmental disclosure and transparency. It comprehensively assesses enterprises' governance, risk management, strategic objectives, and actual performance on key environmental issues such as climate change, forests, and water security. In recent years, the CDP scoring system has continued to evolve, increasingly emphasizing the relevance of disclosed data (such as carbon emissions) to financial reporting, traceability of supply chain environmental risks, and alignment with international standards such as ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board). It has become an important reference for measuring corporate environmental management maturity and sustainable development capabilities.

Since committing to carbon neutrality goals, FEHORIZON has continuously improved its environmental management practices over the years. The company is among the first financial institutions in China to obtain Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) certification, committed to integrating climate and biodiversity-related risks into a comprehensive risk management framework; it has consistently released specialized reports with reference to mainstream international frameworks such as ISSB S2 and TNFD, disclosing management information on climate and nature-related topics; and has implemented green operations through specific projects such as energy conservation, emission reduction, and the use of clean energy. Simultaneously, the company is dedicated to integrating sustainability principles into its business, exploring comprehensive solutions to support clients in their green transition.

The elevation of this CDP rating to B level further reflects the company’s progress in building a carbon management system and standardizing environmental data disclosure, indicating that the practice of integrating environmental factors into corporate strategy and operations is continuously deepening.

In addition, the company’s integrated equipment operation service provider, CDHORIZON, independently participated in the CDP Climate Change questionnaire disclosure for the first time this year and also received a B-level rating, demonstrating the company’s systematic efforts in promoting overall sustainable development management and guiding multiple business units to collaboratively fulfill environmental responsibilities.
