Scope of Credit Report Dispute Acceptance:
The credit report dispute application is primarily accepted for credit information disputes arising from business relationships with Far East Horizon International Leasing Co., Ltd. and Far East Horizon (Tianjin) Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. The credit report dispute mainly targets incorrect or inappropriate information in the credit report. If the information collected, stored, or provided by our company contains errors or omissions, you can submit an application through the above acceptance channels.
Note: If the disputed item is unrelated to credit report, we will not process the application.
Acceptance Process:
The credit report dispute acceptance process includes four stages: Acceptance, Review, Handling, and Feedback. The specific process is as follows:
Acceptance Stage:
The applicant submits materials through the acceptance channels. Our company's credit management department will review the credit information dispute application. The following materials must be provided for a credit report dispute application, and all documents must be stamped with the company seal:
·“Corporate Credit Report Dispute Application Form”: The information in the application form must be accurate and complete.
·Copy of the Corporate Business License.
·Copy of the Legal Representative's ID Card: If entrusted to another person, a power of attorney must be signed, and a copy of the agent's ID card must be provided.
Review Stage:
After receiving the dispute application, the responsible officer will initiate the review procedure within the stipulated timeframe. The methods of handling include on-site investigations, inquiries through the credit reporting system of the People's Bank of China, and telephone interviews. For disputes with clear facts, the designated department will confirm; for disputes with discrepancies, they must be approved by the company's credit management working leadership group. For applications that are indeed credit report disputes, a dispute flag will be marked in the credit reporting system of the People's Bank of China.
Handling Stage:
Based on the review results from the designated department or the company's credit management working leadership group, the responsible officer will promptly and accurately process the dispute application. If the corporate credit information contains errors or omissions, corrected information will be submitted to the credit reporting system of the People's Bank of China; if the corporate credit information does not contain errors or omissions, the result will be truthfully feedback to the dispute applicant.
Feedback Stage:
The responsible officer will issue a “Corporate Credit Report Dispute Reply Letter” within 20 days of receiving the dispute application. The review and handling results will be notified to the dispute applicant via email. Additionally, the dispute application form, a copy of the applicant's valid ID, and the dispute reply letter must be properly archived. The dispute flag in the credit reporting system of the People's Bank of China will also be handled accordingly.
