Recently, a subsidiary of CDHORIZON completed the acquisition of a 25.6306% equity interest in Shanghai Hongzuo New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Following the transaction, CDHORIZON, as a co-shareholder of Hongzuo New Energy, will partner with Sequoia China to leverage complementary resources and technological strengths, advance the deployment of overseas distributed solar PV projects, and accelerate its transition into a full-scenario solutions provider. Hongzuo New Energy is a leading domestic investor and operator of distributed solar PV power plants, with proven capabilities in project investment, development, and full-lifecycle operation and management. 06 CDHORIZON Supports Hainan's New Land-Sea Corridor Development

Recently, the Yangpu Port Expressway—Hainan's first dual eight-lane expressway and a key transport hub of the Free Trade Port—was officially completed and opened to traffic. CDHORIZON undertook the 4.75 km asphalt pavement works for Section SG01, covering the mainline, interchanges, and several medium and large bridges, serving as a critical control section for the project's full-line commissioning. During construction, the team completed a total of 60,000 tons of asphalt paving, overcoming a three-day suspension caused by typhoon conditions. Through round-the-clock efforts and efficient execution, the project was successfully completed eight days ahead of schedule. The project passed acceptance on the first attempt, and the team was awarded the title of "Outstanding Subcontracting Partner," demonstrating strong project delivery capabilities and construction quality, and laying a solid foundation for the development of Hainan Free Trade Port's transport infrastructure.

07 HCHORIZON's First National Outstanding TCM Clinical Talent Studio Officially Launched

Recently, the inauguration ceremony of the "National Outstanding TCM Clinical Talent Zhen Shuqing Studio" was held at Matang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Xianning, Hubei Province.
