On September 22, the 48th WorldSkills Competition opened in Shanghai. As the world's highest-level, largest, and most influential international vocational skills event, this edition brought together nearly 1,400 competitors from over 60 countries and regions to compete at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), which has a total floor area of nearly 1.5 million square meters. As a professional integrated equipment operation service provider under FEHORIZON, CDHORIZON was deeply involved in the construction journey of the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). This city landmark, known as the "Four-Leaf Clover," serves both as a stage for global skilled competitors and as a testament to FEHORIZON's deep commitment to industrial services and its contribution to major national projects. 

Empowering Construction: The "Four-Leaf Clover" Moves from Blueprint to Reality 

In 2013, CDHORIZON began providing services for the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) project. With full-cycle, full-chain capabilities, it assembled a dedicated team to coordinate equipment deployment, formwork and scaffolding materials, and foundation pit support applications, delivering a "one-stop solution" to the project contractor. From deep foundation pit support to aerial work, from formwork and scaffolding turnover to on-site equipment management, its equipment and services ran through every stage of the venue's construction. 

Over the three-year construction period, CDHORIZON deployed nearly 600 tons of steel support materials, nearly 100,000 tons of national-standard steel pipes and couplers, and nearly 300 units of aerial work platforms across all series and models, laying a solid foundation for the "Four-Leaf Clover" to bloom on schedule. 

Competing for Dreams: The WorldSkills Stage Showcases China's Height 

This edition of the competition featured numerous highlights: it adopted the "One Competition, Two Conferences" format—alongside the WorldSkills Competition, the WorldSkills Conference and the WorldSkills Expo were held concurrently, making it the largest edition in history; it added seven new events, including drone systems, digital interactive media design, rail vehicle technology, and smart security technology, closely following the frontiers of digital and intelligent industries; and in events such as hairdressing, AI intelligent design technology was introduced for the first time to assist competitors in completing creative styling designs, giving the traditional skills competition a greater sense of technology. 

China joined WorldSkills International in 2010 and has participated in seven consecutive WorldSkills Competitions since 2011, winning a total of 93 gold medals, 41 silver medals, 28 bronze medals, and 71 medallions of excellence, ranking first in the world in both gold medals and overall team score for the last four consecutive editions. This year's Chinese delegation comprises 220 members, including 71 competitors who will take part in all 64 events. 

On the WorldSkills stage, Chinese skilled professionals demonstrate the height of China's craftsmanship through meticulous dedication. Beyond the competition arena, from the "Four-Leaf Clover" to more major projects, CDHORIZON safeguards China's construction with professional equipment services. Going forward, leveraging FEHORIZON's "Finance + Industry" synergy, CDHORIZON will continue to deepen its integrated engineering equipment operation services.
