01 CDHORIZON's 2026 S&P Global CSA Score Reaches New High, Ranking in Global Industry Top 4%

Recently, CDHORIZON achieved another breakthrough in the S&P Global CSA assessment, scoring 63 points this year—a 5-point increase over the previous year—and ranking in the global industry top 4%. The score improvement was driven by continuous refinement of ESG management across multiple dimensions: at the governance level, CDHORIZON established a full-process mechanism for supplier ESG access, on-site visits, and tiered assessment, while improving its comprehensive risk management and corporate governance systems; at the social level, it continued to strengthen labor management, talent development, and customer data privacy protection, and implemented the "Hongfan Program" international talent initiative; at the environmental level, environmental management remained robust, with continued optimization of water resource management under the ISO14001 environmental management system, promotion of electrification of rental equipment, and achievement of carbon reduction in operations. The S&P Global CSA is a sustainability assessment benchmark widely recognized by international investors. CDHORIZON will continue to benchmark against international standards, deepen its ESG practices, enhance operational resilience, and work with all parties to create long-term value. 

02 CDHORIZON Provides Full Support for F1 Bahrain Grand Prix Track Rescue

From October 2 to 4, the Malaysia round of the F1 Bahrain Grand Prix was held at the Sepang Circuit. Dongqing, the Malaysian subsidiary of CDHORIZON, provided 12 new telehandlers for the event and undertook track rescue support duties. The equipment was deployed at various corner areas for the rapid lifting and removal of accident vehicles. At the same time, relevant technical personnel were on site throughout the event to ensure safe operations. This marked the highest-profile international motorsport event undertaken by Dongqing since it joined CDHORIZON's global system. Previously, at the MotoGP World Motorcycle Championship, CDHORIZON provided aerial work platforms for communication tower elevation work. Going forward, with Malaysia as a springboard, CDHORIZON will accelerate its expansion into the Southeast Asian market, continuously test its global equipment operation service capabilities, and drive Chinese equipment operation services onto the global stage. 

‍‍‍‍03 HCHORIZON's Siyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Reaches Strategic Cooperation with the Bethune Medical Development Association of Canada‍‍‍‍

From October 16 to 17, the "Connecting International Medical Resources, Carrying Forward the Bethune Spirit" International Academic Exchange on Cardiovascular Diseases, jointly hosted by HCHORIZON, the Bethune Medical Development Association of Canada, and Siyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, was successfully held. The event was supported by the China International Talent Exchange Center and the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and carried out under the "2026 Autumn Overseas Talent China Tour" program. At the event, Siyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Bethune Medical Development Association of Canada formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement, under which the two parties will deepen collaboration in areas such as diagnostic and treatment capability enhancement, talent development, and academic exchange. This signing represents the implementation of HCHORIZON's international connectivity in the cardiovascular discipline and marks a new step in the discipline development of Siyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, serving as the latest vivid practice of the corporate mission "Quality Healthcare Within Reach."

04 Meeting Public Rehabilitation Needs, HCHORIZON Rehabilitation Academy Officially Established

To implement the "Healthcare Strengthening Project at the Grassroots Level" and promote the deployment of high-quality rehabilitation resources to the grassroots, the inauguration ceremony of the HCHORIZON Rehabilitation Academy was held at Pizhou Dongda Hospital on October 17. Five regional training bases were simultaneously awarded plaques, and appointments were presented to the academy's dean and lecturers. As a key component of HCHORIZON's layout of ten major disciplines including bone health, cardiovascular, and rehabilitation, the HCHORIZON Rehabilitation Academy will focus on positioning such as "standards export, talent incubation, and clinical research." Through methods such as chief expert leadership and mentor-group teaching, and with the five bases serving as hubs for academic exchange and new technology pilots, it will radiate outward to drive the common development of surrounding member hospitals. It will promote the sharing of top experts and advanced technologies across 25 member hospitals, fulfilling the corporate mission of "Quality Healthcare Within Reach" and enabling more patients to access standardized, consistent rehabilitation services close to home.

05 Hongwen School Launches Joint Undergraduate Direct-Entry Program with World's Top Art Institutions

On October 19, the "Hongwen School–Norwich & RCA Joint Undergraduate Direct-Entry Program" was officially launched. Norwich University of the Arts in the UK has a history of over 180 years, while the Royal College of Art has ranked first globally in the QS World University Rankings for Art and Design for 12 consecutive years. This program is the first joint undergraduate program launched by RCA with a partner institution and the world's only undergraduate program offering a degree jointly awarded by RCA. Upon successful completion of their studies, students will receive an undergraduate degree certificate bearing the logos of both Norwich and RCA and jointly awarded by the two institutions. The official launch of this program not only signifies a further upgrade of Hongwen School's art education resources but also means that students, starting from high school, have an art education pathway with clearer goals, clearer standards, and closer alignment with university resources. It is a vivid practice of Hongwen Education's founding purpose of "People-Oriented, East-West Integration, Shaping Elites."
