From January 21 to 22, a year-end work meeting was held for key positions of Far East Horizon company in 2020. The theme of this meeting is "Challenges and Opportunities". CEO Kong stressed that in addition to 20 years of accumulation, policy dividend and lucky factors, the most important reason why the Far East can "live" today is that it always adheres to its original aspiration, follows the right path, complies with the law of economic development and the universal value of enterprises. "Choose a high position to stand, find a flat place to live, and move forward to a wide place." CEO Kong said that if the Far East wants to move forward in a wider direction, it must not chase the lucrative chances, but must be down-to-earth. Only by constantly adapting to the environment and resonating with the economy, can we shape the enterprise's viability, development momentum and every employee's confidence in their career.

The strong pass of the enemy is like a wall of iron, yet with strong strides, we are conquering its summit. As for the future development direction, CEO Kong clearly pointed out that 2021 is the key year for the whole company. If 80 percent of the achievements in 2020 are based on courage, then in 2021 we need to adjust our tactics according to the situation and let wisdom account for 80%. The proportion of non-traditional business contributions has increased significantly, and the new engines developed by the company are constantly emerging, which is the ideal state that people in the Far East yearn for. With the continuous opening of strategic formation, we should make revolutionary and essential improvements in the company's asset structure, capital structure, income structure and profit structure.

03 Considering resource efficiency on top of management system
We should not only pay attention to the financial data, but also pay attention to the connotation logic of its generation, the ability of the company's asset utilization and resource appreciation. We should fully mobilize internal and external resources, and turn Far East into a lever and a seesaw for integrating resources, thus improving our comprehensive service capacity and effectiveness.
