Recently, Far East Horizon Plaza was star-studded. Hundreds of Far Easterners gathered together to witness the 2021 Far East Horizon President’s Special Award “Multi-Crown” Honorary Ceremony. Kong Fanxing, vice chairman, executive director and chief executive officer of Far East Horizon, presented awards to the winners and then delivered a speech.

 

 

The President' s Special Award “Multi-Crown” Honour Ceremony was a landmark event for Far East to praise outstanding account managers. At the middle and end of each year, the account managers who ranked in the top 20% of department's newly added profit will receive the “President’s Special Award". Those who have won it three times in total will be awarded the honorary title of “Triple Crown” and so on, and be awarded the ribbon of honour by the President Kong himself. The more an employee receives awards, the higher the level of the ribbon that symbolizes honour. This event not only demonstrated the company’s recognition and awards for their value, contribution and hard work for a long time, but also was regarded as classic form of the everlasting heritage of the Far East spirit.

A total of 71 Far Easterners won the “Multi Winner” award in this commendation meeting, including 35 “Triple Crown”, 20 “Four Crown”, 10 “Five Crown”, 3 “Six Crown” and 3 “Seven Crown”.

At the ceremony, the chief executives of each business sector grandly introduced the “Multi Crown” in their departments. In their solemn, humorous, rational, or touching introductions, the “Multi Crown” was transformed into vivid portrait. They were such a group of people:

 

Don't afraid of hardships and overcome obstacles even if there is a mudslide ahead, they still try their best to reach their customers, just to stick to the promise to them.

 

Forge ahead and push forward. No matter the wind and rain, they must insist on moving forward, visiting 4-6 customers every day, just to meet customers’ needs.

 

Face the difficulties and struggles. No matter what challenges they face, they always hold on the belief that “no matter how great the aim is, they cannot resist the foolish persistence”. These are only to realize the dreams in their hearts.

Why can the Far East buck the trend? When the “Multi Crown” stood on the stage, we seemed to have found the key code: they were outstanding representatives of thousands of frontline account managers, important contributors to the value creating of the Far East, and a solid force in running the enterprise.

Although the “Multi Crown” had different backgrounds, ages, and personalities, the award-winning speeches were invariably the same: the Far East was a platform for fighters to pursue their dreams.

 

“Thanks to the platform provided by Far East. I really like the process of communicating with the customers and serving the enterprises. It has allowed me to realize the value of life and gain a sense of accomplishment.” said a "Seven Crown", as a rare “heroic woman” on the front line of the Far East.

As last year’s “Six Crown” and “Seven Crown” this year, the other winner maintained his usual humour. “I may be the first among all the employees to check in on the beach in Sanya. Thanks to the Far East for providing such a good platform, it makes me realize my career dreams and at the same time bring more happiness to my family.” The big screen showed the pictures of him and his family enjoying the paid vacation of the “luxury family domestic tour” rewarded by the company. Sun, waves, beaches and gatherings… The cultural connotation of “A FAMILY” in the Far East has once again been vividly interpreted.

 

They were hardworking, and they were low-key and peaceful too. Among the “Multi Crown”, we have seen the Far East’s cultural characters of “containing thousands of little rivers and swallowing everything uncritically” and the “four ‘no matter’s” talent concept, that is, no matter of your working age, working seniority, education degree and your age. We have also seen that the Far East has created a market-oriented and long-term path of career development and a fertile ground to cultivate talents after the implementation of the PB system and partnership mechanism.

 

At the end of the event, President Kong delivered an important speech. Mr. Kong first expressed his warm congratulations to the colleagues who won the honorary title of “Multi Crown”, and then extended his appreciation and respect to the outstanding representatives who fought on the front line of the Far East.

President kong said that every employee worked out the achievement. In the current harsh environment, through the joint efforts of all Far Easterners, the company’s operations in the first half of the year have reached a new level, and it has maintained a sustained, stable, and healthy development trend. This was the result of the joint work of employees who are fighting on all fronts and positions at all times, including “Multi Crown".

 

The Far East was full of spirits since it has moved south for twenty years. Mr. Kong said that whether it was the “Triple Crown” or the “Seven Crown”, they all showed the Far East spirit of pursuing truth, facing difficulties and dangers, and being undaunted by repeated setbacks. The road ahead was still full of challenges. I hoped that the “Multi Crowns”, representatives of the Far East heroes, will keep up the good job, stick to their dreams, continue to create first-class performance, and contribute themselves to the development of the country through the Far East.
