Fehorizon Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Green Fund with TCC Capital

Recently, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed in Hong Kong between Fehorizon Infrastructure and Fehorizon International under Fehorizon and Hong Kong TCC Capital Investment Management Company Limited (TCC Capital). According to the agreement, based on resource sharing, the three parties will conduct in-depth and diversified cooperation in the area of green infrastructure in relevant countries or regions including mainland China, Hong Kong (China) and Southeast Asia, to promote the realization of win-win development. It is planned to set up a green infrastructure fund with a target size of 1 billion US dollars, to focus on investment in relevant fields such as distributed photovoltaic power station, stored energy, integrated energy and charging pile.



In the witness of VP of Fehorizon and General Manager of Fehorizon International Mr. Zhang Ye and TCC Capital’s founding partner Mr. Ren Dezhang, the Agreement was signed by General Manager of Fe horizon Infrastructure Mr. Wu Lingfeng, founding partner of TCC Capital Mr. Zhou Zhiwei and Assistant General Manager of Fehorizon International Mr. Xu Hao on behalf of the companies.

 

TCC Capital expressed that green energy conforms to the ESG investment idea and has broad prospects for development. Fehorizon has assets of excelled quality and strong market exploration skills in the field of distributed photovoltaics. The space for cooperation on green infrastructure between the two parties will definitely be expanded continuously and it’s worth looking forward to.



Mr. Zhang Ye thanked TCC Capital for its recognition, meanwhile indicating that Fehorizon highly values the in-depth practice of ESG and actively devotes itself to green finance. As a conglomerate spanning across finance and industry, Fehorizon is willing to give play to its multiple advantages in areas including financial leasing, equipment operation, health care and new energy and carry out intensive cooperation with TCC Capital in green infrastructure and so on, to achieve resource sharing and a mutually beneficial and win-win relationship.
