Recently, Mr. Li Liang (Party Secretary of Zhifu District, Yantai City, Shandong Province), Mr. Zhang Jun (Party Secretary of Licheng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province) and Mr. Li Yanhui (Chief Representative of Shandong Business Representative Office in Hong Kong/Macao) successively visited Fehorizon, and discussed opportunities of cooperation on serving Shandong Province in great depth with Assistant President Zhan Jing and General Manager Wei Xinfang of Public Utilities Department I of Fehorizon respectively.

Hong Kong headquarters of Fehorizon

On November 9, Mr. Li Liang, Party Secretary of Zhifu District, Yantai City, led a team to visit the Hong Kong headquarters of Fehorizon, and was received with hospitality by Assistant President Zhan Jing and personnel of various business directions.

Secretary Li Liang expressed admiration and appreciation for the “finance + industry” strategic layout of Fehorizon, and introduced Yantai’s basic situation, the “1+5+1” strategic planning of Zhifu District and regional key development projects one by one, hoping that both parties can grasp the development opportunity and achieve long-term stable strategic cooperation.

Assistant President Zhan Jing gave a detailed introduction to the Company’s development situation and its cooperation with Yantai City, and indicated that Fehorizon will start from the standpoint of serving urban upgrade, make the best of its own abilities and resources, and hope for more cooperation opportunities with Zhifu District.   

At the meeting, both parties agreed to sign a strategic cooperation agreement, to launch comprehensive cooperation in financial business, industry fund, investment attraction, equity investment, etc. Other leaders who attended this exchange meeting upon invitation include: Zhang Kun (Deputy Head of Zhifu District), Sheng Shijie (Director of the District Bureau of Commence), Chen Qiang (Director of the District Bureau of Finance), Yang Dan (Director of the District Investment Promotion Center), Zhou Zuyi (General Manager of Yantai Zhucheng Holding Group), etc.

On November 10, Mr. Li Yanhui, Chief Representative of Shandong Business Representative Office in Hong Kong/Macao, paid a visit to the Hong Kong headquarters of Fehorizon. Assistant President Zhan Jing said that, as a Hong Kong-invested enterprise, Fehorizon looks forward to continuous deepening of cooperation with Shandong Province, to keep empowering key projects of the city and contribute to the high-quality development of regional economy.

Representative Mr. Li Yanhui completely approves of the brand and strength of Fehorizon, supports the Company’s business in Shandong, and hopes that it can give play to its comprehensive advantages and contribute to the structural upgrade of Shandong’s industry.  

At the meeting, both parties had in-depth exchanges regarding financial leasing, cross-border finance, new energy investment, industry fund, combination of medical and old-age care services, equipment operation, campus expansion, and introduction of foreign capital, with good intent reached on further depending financial cooperation with Shandong and investment in its industry.

On November 15, Party Secretary of Licheng District, Jinan City, Mr. Zhang Jun and his party visited the FEHORIZON Plaza in Shanghai, and talked with Assistant President Zhan Jing and General Manager Wei Xinfang of Public Utilities Department I of Fehorizon about cooperation. Both parties exchanged in-depth views on the vision for the development of Licheng District combined with the “finance + industry” business mode of Fehorizon.

Secretary Zhang Jun introduced the situation of Jinan City comprehensively, with emphasis on Licheng District’s development vision of contributing to industrial iteration and upgrade with urban renewal. Meanwhile, Secretary Zhang Jun proposed to consider the division of labor and positioning of the three platforms of Licheng District, probed into cooperation with Fehorizon in key areas including urban renewal, industrial development and financial business in great depth, and cordially invited the delegation of Fehorizon to pay a research trip to Licheng District, Jinan City, to further deepen all-round cooperation.
