01 Fehorizon Released Its 2023 Annual Report

On March 13, Fehorizon convened its 2023 Annual Results Presentation in Hong Kong, attended by Fehorizon’s Executive Director, Chairman, and CEO Mr. Kong Fanxing, Executive Director and CFO Mr. Wang Mingzhe, and Executive Director and Senior Vice President Mr. Cao Jian. In 2023, facing up to the challenges of the environment, Fehorizon realized system iteration and upgrading and accelerated its model innovation with its consistent operation strategy, with steady, safe and effective performance growth achieved throughout the year. According to its annual report, the Company’s asset size has reached 351.5 billion yuan, and its annual revenue is 38 billion yuan, which indicates sustained improvement of asset quality and continuous optimization of income structure.

02 Charitable Donation Launching Ceremony of Fehorizon’s Cataract Surgeries Program “Bright Eyes for the Future” Took Place in Hong Kong

On March 2, the launching ceremony of Fehorizon’s “Bright Eyes for the Future” program to subsidize cataract surgeries took place in Hong Kong, attended by Fehorizon’s Executive Director and Senior Vice President Mr. Cao Jian and Vice President Mr. Wang Ruisheng. According to plan, Fehorizon and its management representatives will donate HKD $250,000 to provide all-free cataract surgeries for the elderly who need help in the Eastern District of Hong Kong. During his speech, Mr. Cao Jian said that this charitable donation is not only a concrete action taken by Fehorizon to fulfil its social responsibility, but furthermore a vivid interpretation of our patriotism and sense of duty as a Hong Kong-invested enterprise rooted in Hong Kong and loving both Hong Kong and China.

03 Secretary of the Party Committee of Baiyun District, Guangzhou Mr. He Jingqing Visited the Hong Kong Headquarters of Fehorizon

Recently, a party led by Mr. He Jingqing, Secretary of the Party Committee of Baiyun District, Guangzhou, visited the Hong Kong headquarters of Fehorizon, and carried out exchanges with Fehorizon’s Assistant President Mr. Ma Hong regarding making the best of their respective resources, reinforcing complementary advantages and promoting cooperation in multiple areas. Both parties indicated that the Baiyun District of Guangzhou and Fehorizon will both follow the principle of staying realistic and pragmatic and pursing high-quality development and actively explore a government-enterprise cooperation mode of pluralistic values to complement each other’s resources, and believed that the future holds even more cooperation opportunities. On the same day, the two parties also discussed topics including deepening industrial investment promotion, medical services, investment in education, revitalization of assets and introduction of foreign capital. 

04 Fehorizon Attended the “Spring Tea for Entrepreneurs of Henan and Hong Kong” Event in Hong Kong

Recently, a business event named “Spring Tea for Entrepreneurs of Henan and Hong Kong” took place in Hong Kong, and Fehorizon attended upon invitation as a main guest. Vice President of Fehorizon Mr. Zhan Jing attended the event on behalf of the Company, and communicated with government leaders including Deputy Governor of Henan Province Mr. Zhang Min and Deputy Mayor of Zhengzhou City Mr. Ma Zhifeng. During the same period, Mr. Zhan Jing received the delegations of the Zhengzhou Government and the Luohe Government respectively at the Hong Kong headquarters of Fehorizon, and indicated that Fehorizon will offer even more comprehensive resources and more customized and individualized services and be deeply involved in the local development course to serve urban upgrade and share development opportunities.

05 Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of Qinhuai District, Nanjing Mr. Ling Xiangqian Visited Fehorizon

On March 21, Deputy Secretary of the Party committee and head of Qinhuai District, Nanjing Mr. Ling Xiangqian and his party visited Fehorizon, and talked with Fehorizon’s Executive Director and Senior Vice President Mr. Cao Jian about cooperation. Both parties conducted in-depth exchanges regarding reinforcing complementary advantages, expanding areas for cooperation, deepening the communication mechanism, and promoting the high-quality development of regional economy. 

06 Deputy Head of Qinhuai District, Nanjing Mr. Xian Min Inspected the Hong Kong Headquarters of Fehorizon

Recently, deputy head of Qinhuai District, Nanjing Mr. Xian Min and his party inspected the Hong Kong headquarters of Fehorizon, and received a warm welcome from General Manager Mr. Mao Tianxiang of Public Utilities Department II. Mr. Mao made a detailed introduction to the services provided by Fehorizon in Jiangsu in the past and the planning for cooperation between the two parties in the future, while Mr. Xian Min thanked Fehorizon for its long-term support and expressed that both parties should carry on their mutual help and mutual trust and promote even closer and more diversified cooperation. On the same day, both parties also had in-depth exchanges regarding healthcare, the high-quality development financial services, etc.

07 CDHORIZON Released Its 2023 Annual Report

On March 12, CDHORIZON convened its 2023 Annual Results Presentation in Hong Kong, attended by CDHORIZON’s Executive Director and CEO Mr. Pan Yang, Executive Director and Co-CFO Mr. Tang Li and Co-CFO Mr. Deng Huanan. In 2023, following the guidance of the “finance + industry” strategy of its controlling shareholder Fehorizon, CDHORIZON upgraded its business mode, created a new growth curve, accelerated its exploration of the overseas market, and realized steady and high-quality growth. According to its annual report, in addition to realizing an income growth by 22% last year, CDHORIZON also achieved an adjusted net profit of 1.04 billion yuan, up by about 11% YoY.

In March, we have ascended step by step and further expanded our circle of friends; in April, we shall continue to slash through the waves on the journey to excellence.
