On September 12, Executive Director and Senior Vice President of Fehorizon Mr. Cao Jian and his party met with leaders including Mr. Xu Xingguo, Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Government of Chengdu and Secretary of the Party Committee of Wuhou District. Cooperative exchanges were conducted between the two parties regarding giving play to their respective advantages and exploring fields of cooperation.

During the meeting, Deputy Mayor Mr. Xu welcomed Mr. Cao Jian and his party, and mentioned that Chengdu is making continuous efforts to expand its economic aggregate, improve its development quality, and increase its global component. As the central urban area of Chengdu City, Wuhou District boasts multiple advantages and tremendous potentials for future development, and thus highly aligns with the “finance + industry” business mode of Fehorizon. Meanwhile, Mr. Xu further introduced Wuhou District’s development situation, with emphasis on its advantages in fields including education, medical treatment, finance and infrastructure construction, and thanked Fehorizon for choosing and investing in Wuhou. Wuhou is a promising land for investment, and it will spare no efforts to create a more marketized, law-based and international business environment, to escort corporate investment and development and achieve a win-win situation.

Senior Vice President of Fehorizon Mr. Cao Jian introduced Fehorizon’s business situation in Sichuan Province and Chengdu City as well as the progress made through multiple talks in various aspects since district head Mr. Jing Bo’s visit to Fehorizon’s Shanghai Operation Center in April. He also indicted that, as a Hong Kong-invested enterprise, Fehorizon will continue to adhere to the “finance + industry” business mode, focus on serving the development of real economy, promote an extensive integration of quality resources in China and abroad, and keep deepening its practices to serve urban upgrade and industrial upgrade. In the future, Fehorizon will continuously give play to its “marketization, internationalization and specialization” advantages, deepen its cooperation with Wuhou District in aspects including financial business, industrial services, urban renewal and equipment leasing, and boost the high-quality socio-economic development of Chengdu City and Wuhou District.

Later, a cooperation framework agreement was signed by General Manger Mao Tianxiang of Public Utilities Department II of Fehorizon and deputy district head Zhao Yi of the Wuhou District Government of Chengdu on behalf of the two parties. In the future, both parties will further strengthen government-enterprise cooperation and jointly promote the implementation of Fehorizon’s various business sectors while maximizing their respective advantages and establishing a long-term and in-depth partnership.

This meeting was also attended by Xiong Gang (Director of the Wuhou District Committee Office), Sun Qi (Director of the  Investment Promotion Bureau of Wuhou District), Hai Bo (Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of Wuhou Three Kingdoms Creative Design Industry Function Zone), Zhang Lu (Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yulin Neighborhood, Wuhou District), and Zhan Qingji (Board Chairman of Wuhou Capital Group); Wu Lingfeng (Deputy General Manager of Fehorizon AMC), Chen Yan (Director of Chengdu Jinsha Hospital, a member hospital of HCHORIZON), and those in charge of business at Public Utilities Department II of Fehorizon.
