On May 10, the signing ceremony of strategic agreement between Fehorizon AMC and Tianjin Dongijang Industrial Park Company was held in Tianjin. The agreement was signed by General Manager Li Yuyou of Hongjie Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Chairman Guo Qiuyuan of Tianjin Dong Jiang Industrial Park Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. on behalf of the two parties. The signing ceremony was attended and witnessed by leaders including Xu Huibin (Assistant President of Fehorizon), Shen Liwei (General Manager of Capital Center), Yang Liu (Secretary of the Party committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of Tianjin Dongijang Bonded Harbor Area), Li Gongliang (member of the standing committee of the Party committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Dongjiang), etc.

In the subsequent session, Fehorizon’s Assistant President Xu Huibin said that this agreement signing is an important step for the actual implementation of the strategic cooperation agreement signed between Fehorizon and Dongjiang Administrative Committee during the Tianjin (Hong Kong) Investment Environment Conference this February, which signifies that the cooperation between Fehorizon AMC and Dongjiang Industrial Park Company has entered a substantive stage; in the future, both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in areas including revitalization of stock assets and investment in special opportunities.

Secretary of the Party committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of Tianjin Dongijang Bonded Harbor Area Yang Liu indicated that the revitalization of idle assets is an active response to national policy and to the benefit of the nation and the people, hoping that Fehorizon AMC and Dongjiang Industrial Park Company can live up to expectations and give full play to their respective advantages to deepen cooperation. It is believed that this cooperation will have a positive effect on the revitalization of idle assets and the promotion of high-quality economic development.
