By deeply digging into the overseas capital markets, we provide a variety of financial services including offshore bond issuance and underwriting in primary market, fixed income products trading in secondary market, etc., to accelerate our clients’ global expansion.
Offshore Bond Issuance- As the global coordinator, bookrunner, and lead manager, we assist issuers with the execution and underwriting of G3 currency(USD, EUR, JPY), SGD and CNY offshore bond issuances, designing deal structure and determining pricing window.
Secondary Market Bond Trading- Covering investors from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, we actively seeks counterparties for our client to facilitate secondary market trade. The types of counterparties include asset management, banks, industrial funds, etc.

With our overseas resource network and Expertise, We help domestic enterprises with cross-border investment and financing, and local governments with industrial transformation. We provide customized cross-border integrated solutions for different business scenarios and requirements.
