Mr. Wang Mingzhe is Executive Director and CFO of the Company. 

Mr. Wang Mingzhe obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Engineering in July 1993 and an MBA degree from the Northeastern University of China in March 2003. He joined International Far Eastern Leasing Co., Ltd. in October 1995 and has been working here since then. During his tenure, Mr. Wang served successively as General Manager of the Business Development Department, Deputy General Manager of Business Division I, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Quality Control Department, and Assistant General Manager of the Company. He has been CFO of the Company since September 2009.

Mr. Cao Jian now serves as Executive Director and Senior Vice President of the Company. 

Mr. Cao Jian graduated from Nankai University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance in June 1997. He received a master’s degree in Finance from University of International Business and Economics in December 2006, and an MBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University in June 2008. Mr. Cao started to work in 1997. After joining the International Far Eastern Leasing Co. Ltd. in September 2002, he served successively as Vice General Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Healthcare Division and Assistant President and Vice President of the Company, and thus accumulated rich experience in business management. In January 2013, Mr. Cao was appointed as Senior Vice President of the Company. Since December 2021, he has been serving as General Manager of Supply Chain Finance  Department, as well as Executive Director and General Manager of Horizon Commercial Factoring (Tianjin) Co., Ltd..

Mr. Wang Ruisheng is Vice President of Far East Horizon Limited.

Mr. Wang Ruisheng graduated from East China Normal University with a bachelor’s degree in history in September 1989 and obtained an EMBA degree from Peking University in September 2005. Before joining Far East Horizon Limited, he served as Assistant to the Section Chief of Shanghai Chemical Import and Export Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Black & White Advertising Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Shanghai Corporation, and Deputy General Manager of Sinochem International Tendering Limited, with rich business management experience. He was appointed as vice president of the company in June 2012.

Mr. Xu Huibin is Vice President of Far East Horizon Limited.

Mr. Xu Huibin graduated from the University of Science and Technology Beijing with a bachelor’s degree in industrial electric automation in July 1995, and obtained an MBA degree from Fudan University in July 2005. Mr. Xu previously worked for China Construction Bank and Tianyi Securities. After joining Far East Horizon in December 2004, he served as QC Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Quality Control Department, Director, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Construction System Business Division, General Manager of Business Operation Center, General Manager of Strategic Development and Management Department, and Assistant President. He was appointed as Vice President of Far East Horizon Limited in December 2023 and as Non-Executive of the Board of Directors of Horizon Construction Development Limited in May 2021.

Mr. Ma Hong is Assistant President of Far East Horizon Limited.

Mr. Ma Hong graduated from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in international trade and economic law in July 2000. He previously worked at Amoi Electronics and US E-TOOR. After joining Far East Horizon in December 2003, he served as Project Manager, Assistant Director and Director of Medical System Business Division, Deputy General Manager and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Shanghai Deming Medical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd., Assistant General Manager of Medical System Business Division, Executive Director and Assistant General Manager of Electronic Information Business Division, Assistant General Manager of People’s Livelihood and Consumer Business Division, Deputy General Manager of Urban Public Utilities Division II (in charge of the routine work), and General Manager of Urban Public Utilities Division II. He was appointed as Assistant President of Far East Horizon on December 9, 2021.

Mr. Ma Hong has 14 years of experience in financial leasing and 2 years of experience in healthcare.

Mr. Zhang Ye now serves as VP of Far East Horizon Limited, and is granted treatment as President Assistant of the Company.

 After graduating from Renmin University of China with a bachelor’s degree in merchandising in 2002, Mr. Zhang Ye obtained a master’s degree in management from Surrey University in 2003 and a master’s degree in financial investment management from Durham University in 2004 respectively, and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fudan University in July 2015. He joined Far East Horizon in August 2005, and successively held the posts of Project Manager and Director of Printing System Business Department, GM Assistant of Business Development Department, and General Manager of Inclusive Finance Department. Since April 2022, Mr. Zhang has been appointed as VP of Far East Horizon.

 Mr. Zhang Ye has worked in the financial leasing industry for over 17 years. 

Mr. Wei Yangang currently serves as VP of Far East Horizon Limited and is granted treatment as Assistant to the President.

Mr. Wei Yangang graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing from JiLin University of Finance and Economics in 2003 and a master's degree in Business Management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in 2006. He previously worked at Beijing Guoguang Property Management Co., Ltd. and Korea WIA Corporation. After joining Far East Horizon Limited in December 2008, he held positions including Project Manager, Assistant to the Director, Senior Assistant to the Director, Senior Director, Assistant to the General Manager in the Industrial Equipment Division; General Manager of the Machinery Manufacturing Department I; General Manager of the Urban Public Utilities Department I; and General Manager of the Inclusive Finance Department. Mr. Wei Yangang was appointed VP of Far East Horizon Limited in December 2025.

Mr. Dai Yong currently serves as VP of Far East Horizon Limited and is granted treatment as Assistant to the President.

Mr. Dai Yong graduated with a bachelor's degree in Physics from Fudan University in 1998 and a master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Fudan University in 2005. He previously worked at Yongsai Integration Co., Ltd., Pusi Technology, and Huawei Shanghai Research Institute. After joining Far East Horizon in July 2005, he held positions including Project Manager, Assistant to the Director in the Healthcare Systems Division; Quality Control Manager and Assistant to the Director in the Operations Management Center; Quality Control Director in the Operations Management Center of the Business Development Department; Assistant to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager of the Electronics and Information Division; Deputy General Manager of the Livelihood and Consumption Division; Deputy General Manager of the Construction Group; and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Operations Center. Mr. Dai Yong was appointed VP of Far East Horizon Limited in December 2025.
