Mr. Kong Fanxing is Chairman, an Executive Director and CEO of the Company. Mr. Kong obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in July 1986, a master’s degree in economics from UIBE in June 1991, and an EMBA degree from Peking University in March 2005. Mr. Kong joined the Sinochem Group in August 1991. During his tenure at the Sinochem Group, Mr. Kong used to be General Manager of Sinochem International Engineering Trading Limited, Deputy General Manager of Sinochem International Industrial Limited, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Sinochem International Tendering Limited, Deputy Director of the Fertilizer Center, China National Chemicals Import and Export Corporation, and Executive Deputy General Manager of Sinochem International Fertilizer Trading Limited. In April 2001, he joined the Far East International Leasing Co., Ltd. and has been General Manager since then. He started serving as the president and CEO of the Company in September 2009.

Mr. Wang Mingzhe is an Executive Director and CFO of the Company. 

Mr. Wang obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Engineering in July 1993 and an MBA degree from the Northeastern University in March 2003. He joined the Far East International Leasing Co., Ltd. in October 1995 and has been in office here since then. During his tenure at the Far East International Leasing Co., Ltd., Mr. Wang used to be the head of the Business Development Department, Deputy General Manager of Business Division 1, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Quality Control Department, and Assistant General Manager of the Company. He has been the CFO of the Company has September 2009.
Mr. Wang has more than 24 years of experience in financial management.

Mr. Cao Jian is Executive Director and Senior Vice President of Far East Horizon.
Mr. Cao graduated from Nankai University with a bachelor’s degree in finance in August 1997. He obtained a master’s degree in finance from the University of International Business and Economics in December 2006, and an MBA degree from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University in June 2008. He was previously HR Manager at the Sinochem Group. He joined the Far East International Leasing Co., Ltd. in September 2002 and has served as Deputy General Manager, Executive Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Medical System Business Division, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of the Company, etc., accumulating a wealth of experience in business administration. He was appointed as Senior Vice President of the Company in January 2013.
Mr. Cao has more than 17 years of experience in financial leasing.

Mr. Wang Ruisheng is Vice President of Far East Horizon.
Mr. Wang graduated from East China Normal University with a bachelor’s degree in history in September 1989 and obtained an EMBA degree from Peking University in September 2005. Before joining Far East Horizon, he served as Assistant to the Section Chief of Shanghai Chemical Import and Export Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Black & White Advertising Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Shanghai Corporation, and Deputy General Manager of Sinochem International Tendering Limited, accumulating abundant business management experience and government relation resources. He was appointed as vice president of the company in June 2012.
Mr. Wang has more than 25 years of experience in business administration.

Mr. Li Jiancheng is Vice President of Far East Horizon.
Mr. Li graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in geophysics in July 1995. He obtained a master’s degree in finance from Fudan University in July 2006, and an EMBA degree from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in October 2015. He previously worked at the Zhongkexin Jinzhen Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. and Hainan Shenhai Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. After joining Far East Horizon in May 2001, he served as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Printing System Business Division, General Manager of Packaging System Business Division, General Manager of Urban Public Utilities Division II, General Manager of the Construction Group, Assistant President of the Company and General Manager of Horizon Construction Investment. He has been Vice President of the Company since August 2019.
Mr. Li Jiancheng has more than 19 years of experience in financial leasing and industry operation management.

Mr. Zhan Jing is Assistant President of Far East Horizon.
Mr. Zhan graduated from the Nanjing Audit University with a bachelor’s degree in international finance in July 1997, and obtained an MBA degree from Peking University in July 2004. He previously worked at China CITIC BANK Nanjing Branch. After joining Far East Horizon in June 2004, he served as Project Manager and Assistant Director of Business Division III, Deputy General Manager of Business Development Department, General Manager of Electronic Information Business Division, General Manager of People’s Livelihood and Consumer Business Division, and General Manager of Strategic Operations Department. He has been Assistant President of Far East Horizon since December 2019.
Mr. Zhan Jing has more than 15 years of experience in financial leasing and 5 years of banking experience.

Mr. Xu Huibin is Assistant President of Far East Horizon.

Mr. Xu graduated from the University of Science and Technology Beijing with a bachelor’s degree in industrial electric automation in July 1995, and obtained an MBA degree from Fudan University in July 2005. Mr. Xu previously worked for China Construction Bank and Tianyi Securities. After joining Far East Horizon in December 2004, he served as QC Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Quality Control Department, Director, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Construction System Business Division, General Manager of Business Operation Center, and General Manager of Strategic Development and Management Department. He was appointed as Assistant President of Far East Horizon in December 2021.
Mr. Xu Huibin has 15 years of experience in financial leasing and 8 years of banking experience.

Mr. Ma Hong is Assistant President of Far East Horizon.
Mr. Ma graduated from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in international trade and economic law in July 2000. He previously worked at Amoi Electronics and US E-TOOR. After joining Far East Horizon in December 2003, he served as Project Manager, Assistant Director and Director of Medical System Business Division, Deputy General Manager and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Shanghai Deming Medical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd., Assistant General Manager of Medical System Business Division, Executive Director and Assistant General Manager of Electronic Information Business Division, Assistant General Manager of People’s Livelihood and Consumer Business Division, Deputy General Manager of Urban Public Utilities Division II (in charge of the routine work), and General Manager of Urban Public Utilities Division II. He was appointed as Assistant President of Far East Horizon on December 9, 2021.
Mr. Ma Hong has 14 years of experience in financial leasing and 2 years of experience in healthcare.

Mr. Pan Yang is treated as Assistant President of Far East Horizon.

Mr. Pan Yang received his Bachler’s Degree in marketing from Liaoning University in July 1999 and Master’s Degree in International Financial Market from University of Southampton (United Kingdom) in July 2002, and previously worked at the Marketing Department of North Business Telecom Co., Ltd. In June 2003, Mr. Pan joined Far East Horizon, and successively held the posts of Project Manager and Group Leader of Business Division III, QC Manager of Project Management Center of Quality Control Department, assigned Chief Quality Officer of Shipping System Department, Assistant General Manager of Shipping System Department, Deputy General Manager of Transportation System Department, Executive Deputy General Manager of Transportation & Logistics System Department (in charge of routine work), General Manager of Public Utilities Department III, and Co-General Manager of Asset Center, Vice President of Far East Horizon,. Since April 2022, Mr. Pan Yang has been General Manager of the Shanghai Horizon Construction Development Co., Ltd.  , entitled to treatment as Assistant President of the Company.

Mr. Pan Yang has over 18 years of experience in financial leasing.

Mr. Zhang Ye now serves as VP of Far East Horizon, and is granted treatment as President Assistant of the Company.

 After graduating from Renmin University of China with a bachelor’s degree in merchandising in 2002, Mr. Zhang Ye obtained a master’s degree in management from Surrey University in 2003 and a master’s degree in financial investment management from Durham University in 2004 respectively, and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fudan University in July 2015. He joined Far East Horizon in August 2005, and successively held the posts of Project Manager and Director of Printing System Business Department, GM Assistant of Business Development Department, and General Manager of Inclusive Finance Department. Since April 2022, Mr. Zhang has been appointed as VP of Far East Horizon.

 Mr. Zhang Ye has worked in the financial leasing industry for over 17 years.
